I work for two different major fast-food chains and have found the Accu-Text to work well for this industry. The product works great on both resistive and capacitive touch screen order taking cash register. I have been using this product for about six months and have found that:
• It lasts for about two weeks under regular use approximately 5 hours a day or 200 transactions before it begins to get soft and stretchy. This can sometimes make the point softer and result in a reduction of performance.
• It helps with counting money keeps the bills from sticking together.
• The touch screen stays cleaner which allows the device to work with consistent response.
• It is a great conversation starter with customers. They often ask “what is that”?

• My register is cleaner than the others and it works better this could be attributed to not having to clean it as much and it can continue to work at peak sensitivity because the surface doesn’t get covered in fingerprints, grease or food. Reduce cleaning interval
